Arachnarok Spider - Flinger Conversion

I've been slowly moving forward with building my two spiders and decided to make both of them the basic howdah build. So what to do with the spare parts and is it possible to make them slightly modular?

I always try to make duplicate models look different, so with the Spiders I thought the easiest way would be to base them differently, of course it ended up a bit harder than I thought it would.

This guy is in my collection mostly because he came in the Christmas Orc and Goblin Army deal as opposed to being an integral part of my army. I've played Fantasy a handful of times and therefore have no idea how chariots work in the synergy of an army, but he was there so i thought I would put him together.

Savage Orcs were the unit that gave me the final push to start an Orc and Goblin army so I am really happy to have finally finished building this massive unit of plastic.

Unit fillers are one of my favourite things about Warhammer Fantasy. They give you an opportunity to really explore your hobby and for me a chance to use some of the thousands of random bitz I've meticulously organised over the years.

Savage Orc Horde

As I mentioned in my last post one of the armies I've brought over with me is my Orc and Goblin army. It's the least built army I have here in the states and thus the one I'm spending the most time on.

I first started this army when the latest army book was released with all the lovely Savage Orc models, hence my inclusion of a huge horde block of 40 of these guys.
